National Systems Corporation received the 1999 Windows® World Open trophy for its Technical Support System. National Systems was one of three finalists in the category of Customer Management systems. The competition, sponsored by Microsoft, recognizes excellence in custom applications using Microsoft Windows® technology.
The Microsoft Windows-NT based Technical Support System (TSS) provides 24x7x365 technical support to over 4,000 installations with 25,000 workstations and 100,000 daily users.

Converts voice mail into e-mail attached WAV files
It incorporates a Web-centric Intranet with hyperlinks to
external databases such as the UPS package tracking system for RMA tracking.
Customer inquiries are logged and problem resolution is tracked and reported.
Technicians utilitize a Windows 98 workstation that allows a single technician
to work on several call at one time on a single workstation using multiple
windows. It also supports direct connection to a customer system for real-time
interactive support services as well as ODBC to Excel analysis tools.
TSS was the key to National Systems winning a multi-million
dollar contract in competition against the largest computer company in the
world.

1995 VAR Magazine's Prize for Best
Solutions for Computer Telephony
In 1995, National Systems Corporation won VAR Magazine's
prize for Best Solutions for Computer Telephony.
The prize was awarded for the innovative technology
used in the ULTRA TMS/2000 computer systems in operation in Domino's Pizza
store in over 12 countries, providing a consistent automation solution. According
to Domino's executives this technology has given them a leg up on it's rivals
in the competitive pizza-delivery business.
